The Parable Of The Ferrari

C6BACA68-C0CD-4082-BEF8-17C31010F245A few years ago I test drive a Ferrari California. I was only allowed to drive it in first gear because we were on the Las Vegas Strip.
 
Driving a Ferrari stuck in first gear feels wrong. It’s denying the very reason of its existence, speed. 
 
Merely living two lives twogether without thriving and unifying is like a Ferrari limited to first gear. 
 
Your marriage is better than 30 MPH. Go ahead. Accelerate. Enjoy your unity, your thriving marriage. Don’t get stuck in first gear, without feeling. There is no limit on your marriage. Speed shift your way to super car speeds.
