Sometimes we act like an Anaconda scarfing down a mouse.
But as humans we 'die' of indigestion instead of merely looking foolish.
Many try to buy and own too much too fast.
Most of us have plenty of money and time-we're just trying to devour too many things, too many experiences.
Indigestion is plaguing us-not starvation. We are surrounded with abundance. Selection. Pace. And gratitude are needed more than lust and covetousness.
What about you? Are you like the Anaconda trying to inhale a mouse? Do you need to slow down, maybe finish your plate before filling up at the buffet?
Finish what's on your plate before starting another one. Make sure you're not trying to do too much. Order. Ensure you're doing the sequential not simultaneous.
Do like the Navy SEALs, taking small bites and chewing thoroughly. Bite, chew, chew, chew, chew and chew. THEN swallow.
Navy Seals not Anacondas.
