Overreaching. Trying to do too much. That describes what I have done for most of my life.
But a few weeks ago I began to change.
Now I leave a little something on the table for later. I don't devour all my food. I leave some for the next meal. I don't swim until I gasp for air. I pace myself. I don't race to work. I slowly meander.
I don't try to influence too many people at a time; I concentrate on the individual.
Turns out that 'leaving it on the table' helps create an abundant, expecant lifestyle.
