Looky-loo

Looky-loos are people who shop with no intention of buying.

That's exactly what I did when looking for office space.

I looked at three offices to determine which one would provide the best value.

Office A had an annual lease (Servitude for a year, yuck!). It came with free utilities but was a 12 minute commute.

Office B also had an annual lease but was an 8 minute commute and a newer building. Similar pricing but it included access to an elevator and great neighbors.

Office C offered a month-to-month lease, a three minute commute, an extra 250 square feet for free, and the first month free rent.

The longer I looked (with no intention to immediately buy) the better my options became.
