On a trip to Midway, Utah my wife and I fell in love with a bookstore on Main Street called ReBOOK.
We browsed several thousand old books for nearly an hour. Books lined shelves in several rooms of a wonderful old home.
It was magnificent, peaceful.
Then we bought our nine books. I thought the total would be around $80 because we had found some amazing books including a classic (The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham) that I had coveted for a few years.
The total price? Under $42 for 9 books!
Nine books at Barnes & Noble would have been over $220!
My wife and I again realized how fun and easy it is to fully enjoy life for less.
It's not merely what you make, it's what you keep.
