My wife and I are planning to purchase a printer during Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
I thought our buying process could serve as a template for others looking to make a purchase.
I asked my wife why she wants a printer.
She explained that our children need to print school papers in color and in black and white.
She went on to explain how a combination printer/fax/copier could eliminate our current two devices, a large fax machine and a rather old and bulky printer.
I told her that a wireless printer could free up some room by allowing us to store it in an out-of-the-way location.
A wireless printer would also eliminate cords and allow for remote printing.
After a few minutes of discussion we agreed on when and what to buy.
We didn't compromise, we strategized.
We didn't settle, we got better.
Anytime you can eliminate junk and better your life by coming together, do it.
