It's refreshing to relax after working. To be still or divert attention to recreation. Pausing after work causes contentment and renewed strength. When we return to work we find our focus and strength greater than before.
On the other hand idleness never provides enjoyment and contentment. Shunning work is indicative of a poor attitude toward work. Idleness becomes more difficult than work and offers no lasting reward.
The happiest people learn to pause work-day concerns when they are at home. The happiest people love work and despise idleness.
